Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to FluxaHub. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website and use our services.

2. The Data We Collect

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

• Identity Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
• Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
• Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version.
• Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products and services.

3. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data to provide the services you requested, manage our relationship with you, and to improve our platform.

4. Location Data & Mobile Application

If you use the FluxaHub mobile application or log activities through our platform, we may request access to your device's location services.

• Why we collect it: We collect precise or approximate location data solely to allow you to log the physical location of customer visits and activities automatically.
• How it is used: The location data is saved securely as part of your activity history, allowing you and your organization to view where sales activities or customer meetings took place.
• Background Collection: We do not track your location in the background. We only fetch your location coordinates at the exact moment you actively press the button to log a location-based activity.
• Your control: Location access is entirely optional. If you decline location permissions in your browser or mobile OS settings, you can still use the app normally by typing locations manually.
